This year at Burnt Hills has gone very well. And I'm having a great time. But no school is better than Spa Christian. The teachers there are some of the best people I have ever met and I miss all of them. I'll always remember Spa and the things I learned there. MISS YOU SOOOOOO MUCH !!!!!!!!!!

Hello everybody!
I miss Spa Christian School and all of the great times and friends that I had there. I'm having loads of fun here at Maple Ave., but Spa Christian was so much better. When I came to the middle school in 7th grade, I was surprised by how ungodly all of the kids were. Since then I'm almost done with 8th grade and I have made lots of friends and it has gotten much better than in 7th. All of the teachers are great. Most of my Spa Christian friends had gone to other schools, but luckily Luke, Leah, and Greg were with me. A big hello to all of my teachers: Mrs. Baker, Miss Combs, Mrs. Cooper, Ms. Bleser (even though she isn't there anymore), Ms. M, and Mrs. Pattee. I miss coming to this school and would like to tell all of the students to have lots of fun there and make good memories that you will keep for the rest of your life. See ya!

Hey everyone!!!
I miss this school so much! It's been strange being in Middle School, but as my second year in Schenectady Christian School, I can finally say that I'm used to it! It's nothing like Spa Christian, and nothing ever will be! I'm so glad to have Mrs.Rougier as my Spanish teacher. We always share memories of spa Christian together. I hope that I'll be able to visit sometime when we have a day off.
I love you all,
Krissy

Hello everyone! I am not sure if I count as an alumni if I was a former teacher. :) I miss you all terribly. I'm enjoying life in Oklahoma. I'm a full time private tutor for several different homeschool families, and I'm teaching classes to homeschooling moms about different learning styles and teaching methods. It's been fun to incorporate all the things I learned when I taught at Spa! I hope my former students will get a chance to write me sometime! Hope you're all well.

Howdy All,
I'm having the time of my life at Schenectady Christain School, I met new friends instantly. On the first day of school I already felt welcomed! Their sports programs are awesome and this year in soccer we went undefeated. I like Spa alot for the elementary years and Schenectady has alot of opportunities also. Everyone is so nice and even the older ones look out for the younger ones. It's pretty cool to have known Mrs.Rougier since kindergarten and it helps alot.
Having fun and miss you all,
Wage(nickname given by my hermanos)

Hey all! I'm glad i have finally come across the Spa Christian School website! I'm currently a SENIOR!!! at Schenectady Christian School. I am so glad that my parents decided to put me into Spa Christian School for even the little time (5th and 6th) that I was there, because it gave me an experience that I will never forget. To all the loving teachers and staff, I thank you for contributing to my Spa Christian experience. I will try to drop by sometime and visit in my spare time, but as a senior in high school, spare time is rare. Thanks again!

Hey! I was just driving by Spa Christian today and saw the web address. I can't believe it's been nine years since I went there. I will never forget Mrs. Whitehead, Mrs. Baker, and Mrs. Bengtsten. I just graduated as a homeschooler and I'm doing Bible college courses this year. Love you all. God bless!

Hi!!!
I am at Loudonville Christian School right now. Next year will be at Burnt Hills public school. No school could ever compare to Spa. I will never forget those rhymes that Mrs. Pattie gave us each day…the Great Escape and camping with the 5th grade.

I had a really great time at Spa Christian and am now at Schenectady Christian School. It's not as good as Spa but it is fun . I hope everyone else is having a good time at Spa Christian right now. Spa Christian rocked when I was there and I am sure that it still does.

Hi everyone I hope all of you are having fun at Spa Christian.
Right now i am enrolled at Corinth Central School and I am in 7th grade.
Spa Christian really helped prepare me for the outside world at public school like evolution. I'm also one of the smartest kids there. Thank you, Spa Christian!

Knowing that there is a school building such a strong foundation in another generation of Christians, is a real blessing. I am grateful for the structure and strength you gave me, these traits have pulled me through some of the harshest years of my life. It has helped me become a strong and sane teen. After seeing what public school kids deal with, I praise God for my time at Spa.

I graduated from Wheaton College in 2004 after majoring in Spanish/Secondary Education. I am beginning my third year of teaching Spanish II at Wheaton Academy in West Chicago, Illinois. I also coach volleyball for the Varsity girls' and boys' teams at my school. Each day when I am teaching I am reminded of the things I learned at Spa Christian School and I am thankful for the foundation that was built for me there.

Wow! I have never done this before. Anyway, I hope you guys all had a great year. I just got back from a missions trip to Costa Rica, and I don't think I have ever been so sad. The people there were simply amazing and I grew to love them very deeply. We had another youth group with us from Texas, and they were great too. I have never experienced God like that before, so close and so noticeable! I plan on going back next summer, and I can't wait. The memories from the past 10 days are already fading and that is a huge part of why I have been crying so much (seriously, my face is red and puffy from crying to much!). I long to see their faces again and hug them again and participate in their amazing worship again. I have such a heart for those beautiful people, and for Costa Rica! I need to go because I am crying again so enjoy the rest of your summer...that's an order!

Hey guys, it’s Andrew Denisenko. I finished 7th grade here a while ago in PA but personally I enjoyed Spa Christian more. I was amazed to see how godless public school is and at the people here who call themselves Christians but are not. I was blessed to have 7 years at Spa to be ready for this. Dasvedanyia!

Hello SCS! I have to say that it has been years, but I still look back fondly at my 3 years there (1986-1989). As we are enrolling our almost 4 year old son in a Christian school here in VA, it brings back wonderful memories of SCS. We went to visit the school today and it felt so much like SCS. I'm looking forward to our son enjoying wonderful years in an environment similar to SCS. I hope everyone has a great summer!
P.S. Hello to Mrs. Cooper- my 3rd grade teacher. :)

Hello everyone. It has only been one year since we have left Spa but it seems much longer. So much has happened. I have been very busy teaching art at Schenectady Christian. It has been a wonderful experience for me. Ben and Nathan are doing well and we are all looking forward to some down time this summer. I attended the spring concert. It was great! I miss you all. God Bless!

Hey everyone. I graduated Spa in 2002 and am now a senior at Schenectady Christian. I love Schenectady Christian, but Spa Christian is the best school experience one can get. I only wish that Spa had a high school as well. Thanks Spa Christian!

Hello Spa Christian! I just wanted to say hello to everyone and that our family misses Spa very much. Layah is now in Maple Avenue Middle School and she is doing great spiritually, academically, and socially. My son, Sam, is now in the army in Fort Carson, Colorado, and is soon going to Iraq. We pray that he will be safe in his travels and will let you know when he gets back. I myself am doing fine and I can't wait until I see everyone at Spa again.
Praying for everyone at Spa!

Hello everyone!
I graduated from SUNY Cortland in 2005 and was blessed with a full time teaching job in Schenectady! I currently teach kindergarten in Schenectady and attend the University of Albany, where I am getting my masters degree in Reading. I am getting married in August, so that is keeping me very busy!
Every day while teaching in the public school, I am reminded of the wonderful education I was given at Spa Christian School. Spa gave me the foundation needed to have a life long relationship with Jesus! God bless all of you!

Kyle’s E.s’ Mom:
Hello to everyone at SCS. Kyle will graduate in May from Western New England College in Springfield, MA with a BS degree in Elec. Engineering. He and I chat often about what a blessing SCS was for our family. What a wonderful foundation that it gave him as he transitioned into a public middle school. Kyle has always excelled at everything that he does and SCS nurtured that trait in him. He will head out to San Antonia, TX in Dec. of 08 to start his pilot training for the Air Force.
As his mother, I want to take this opportunity to say thank you to everyone at SCS, for their love and dedication to our Lord and to every child that is a student there.
God Bless all of you.

Hey Everyone!
I miss Spa so much! I've been at Shen for about 3 years. High school's been okay so far. I have a great circle of friends who have created over 38 nicknames out of the name "Tobi."(The funny thing is that I answer to every single one!) I'm taking photography and film as my electives which have been a lot of fun so far, since it's what I'm planning to go into after high school. I'm also involved with my school paper with my best friend.
I just wanted to say hi to you all, and hopefully I'll come and visit soon!
Love ya all mucho!

Hey people, I was driving through Ballston Spa, and I drove past Spa Christian School. Looking at it now it’s hard to believe that all my childhood memories revolve and were formed in that little building. Regarding friendships that I formed at Spa, I’m still very close friends with Ben S. and Tory P.. We hang out all the time, and we’re constantly doing stuff together.
